I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2022 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, and almost with a minor in Photography… class scheduling didn't work out.

Photography started as a hobby in high school, where I'd take photos on my dad's camera and learn to edit in iPhotos (which was obviously horrible) or on "free trials" in Lightroom. In college, I joined some student clubs and became a historian for a year, capturing photos at club events and this time using the paid version of Lightroom (student discount!!!). During my third year, friends from those clubs started to ask about grad photos, which directed my focus to portraits. Since 2021, I've developed my portrait style through grad photography, pushing myself to create images that are unique and non-traditional. In 2023, I moved to the Bay Area to work in clinical research and continue to do photography outside of my day job, expanding into concerts and editorial-like portraits.
